Reverence, Resourcefulness, Responsibility:

  • Do not complain or blame anyone for anything and openly admit when you are wrong
  • Read non-fiction for 20 minutes
  • Written gratitude: 30 words to thank someone 
  • Meditate or pray vocally
  • Worship service or other spiritual tradition

ACTIONS

(complete at least THREE every day)

Engagement, Energy, Endurance:

  • Engage *fully present* in meaningful connection
  • Significant investment in household needs
  • Track your foods
  • Drink only water, one gallon
  • Strenuous physical activity (outside of work)
  • Share your progress on social media, tagging Alpha Quorum

  • Abstain from a self-indulgent habit that you’ve struggled with
  • Service to an individual or organization
