  • Do not complain or blame anyone and admit when you are wrong
  • Read non-fiction for 20 minutes
  • Express gratitude with 30 words
  • Meditate, pray or other spiritual practice

ACTIONS

(complete at least THREE every day)

Engagement, Energy, Endurance:

  • Engage fully present in meaningful connection
  • Significant investment in household needs
  • Eat clean. Stick to an intentional food plan of your choice.
  • Drink only water, OR drink one gallon of water
  • Strenuous physical activity (outside of work)

ATTRIBUTES

Discipline, Distinction, Discernment:

 

  • Abstain from an addictive habit that you’ve recently struggled with
  • Engage with a tribe to share struggles, ask for feedback, or encourage others 
  • Process emotions by journaling.
